Triple Be Field Day – Volunteers Needed!
Triple Be Field Day is one of the most anticipated days of the year for our students—filled with laughter, energy, and (fingers crossed!) lots of sunshine. It’s truly a highlight for so many kids and a special way to celebrate the end of the school year together.
To make this day a success, we need your help! This event simply can’t happen without amazing parent and caregiver volunteers to run activity stations.
Volunteer Details:
-
K–2nd Grade: Morning session
-
3rd–5th Grade: Afternoon session
-
6th Grade Students: Helping lead groups and assist throughout the day
Important Volunteer Requirement:
The district now requires that any parent or volunteer who may be alone with students (including running a station) must complete a background screening in advance. This process takes at least two weeks and cannot be completed last-minute.
Because of this, we are asking all volunteers to sign up by April 21st to ensure there is enough time to complete the screening process.
Whether you can help for part of the day or a full session, we would love to have you join us. It’s a fun, energetic way to be part of the excitement and create lasting memories for our students.
