Junior Achievement
a great way for you to make a difference!
The Oakdale Community Club proudly sponsors Junior Achievement (JA) programming, bringing this incredible opportunity to our students—and we need YOUR help to make it a success!
Junior Achievement connects classroom learning with the real world through proven lessons in financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship. These lessons, aligned with educational standards, are delivered by parent and community volunteers who bring their unique experiences to inspire and prepare young minds for success.
💡 Why Volunteer?
-
Be a role model and make a lasting impact on students’ lives.
-
Help kids see the value of education and encourage them to dream big.
-
Share your knowledge and experiences to help build critical life skills in tomorrow’s leaders.
No teaching experience? No problem! Junior Achievement provides all the materials and support you’ll need. Volunteers work directly with teachers to tailor the lessons for each grade level, creating a meaningful and engaging experience for students.
📢 We’re looking for one parent volunteer per classroom. With your help, we can ensure every Oakdale student has the chance to connect what they learn in school to life outside the classroom.
📅 Ready to inspire? Sign up today and help us bring Junior Achievement to life for our kids!
