Halloween Parties & Parade

the 'how to' for halloween

The Halloween parties and parade are on October 31st:

• Classroom Parties - 2:30-3:15 pm (Room Parents only) 
• Outdoor Parade - 3:15 pm (All invited)

Only Room Parents will be allowed to enter the building to hold the parties to ensure the safety of all our students and staff. You can still get in the fun and watch the parade!

The parade will start near the cafeteria doors. The students will walk around the outdoor classroom sidewalk and then re-enter the building through the preschool doors. 

Do not take your child from the parade for dismissal in order to ensure the safety of all students. After students come back inside, we will proceed with our regular school dismissal. After the parade, please return to your cars so traffic can flow smoothly. The back parking lot (basketball hoops) will be open, and the church has graciously agreed to allow parking at that time as well.

Please remember we ask that costumes be on the fun and friendly side, free of scary or frightening masks or clothing with blood, gore, or weapons. Please reserve make-up for evening activities. If students bring a costume that includes any of these items, they will be asked to remove them or change. Students should bring their costumes at the beginning of the school day and should be able to get dressed in their costume without assistance.
